MINNEAPOLIS, MN - The Minneapolis office of Colliers Mortgage provided a Fannie Mae loan for the refinancing of Lime Grove Apartments, a 50-unit market rate multifamily housing property located in Carlsbad, California.
The property was constructed in 1970 with all 50 units located in nine two-story buildings with property amenities featuring a grill and picnic area, laundry facility, on-site property manager and close beach proximity.
The 10-year term/30-year amortization loan was arranged for an undisclosed borrower.
