Machine Investment Group Completes Acquisition of 490-Unit 75 West Apartment Community in Park Central Submarket North Dallas

DALLAS, TX - Machine Investment Group, a real estate investment platform focused on opportunistic, distressed and special situations across the United States, announced that it has acquired 75 West, a 490-unit multifamily community in the Park Central submarket of North Dallas, TX. Machine acquired 75 West in a joint venture with RPM Living Investments, which will also serve as property manager.

Located at 7927 Forest Lane, 75 West comprises 490 residential units, nearly half of which are townhomes with attached garages. The property also includes approximately 10,800 square feet of fully leased ground-floor retail space. The community is near the intersection of Interstates 75 and 635, adjacent to Medical City Dallas and within reach of major employment hubs across North Dallas.

Machine sourced the acquisition through an off-market, lender-driven process. The transaction gives the firm an opportunity to acquire a well-located, institutionally owned asset at a reset basis and continue an operational turnaround already underway at the property. Machine plans to reinvest in the property through a comprehensive program of deferred and preventive maintenance, targeted amenity enhancements, and operational improvements designed to stabilize the asset, enhance its long-term performance, and elevate the resident experience.

"75 West represents an exciting opportunity to acquire a high-quality asset in an infill location where our firm can leverage our disciplined operating approach to unlock the property's long-term value," said Meredith Jonker, Vice President of Machine Investment Group. "The property's distinctive townhome component, proximity to major North Dallas employment centers and limited nearby new supply create a strong foundation for its next chapter. As Dallas supply moderates and DFW continues to lead the country in apartment demand, 75 West represents a compelling opportunity to capture sustained, long-term growth in one of the nation's strongest markets. We look forward to working with RPM Living to build on the progress already made at the community."
