Milhaus Creates Full-Service Coast-to-Coast Multifamily Operating Platform with Completion of Broadshore Capital Partners Acquisition

INDIANAPOLIS, ID - Milhaus, a national award-winning developer, owner, and operator of Class A multifamily properties, announces the completion of its acquisition of Broadshore Capital Partners, a Los Angeles and New York based, SEC-registered investment management and lending platform with more than 35 years of experience in equity and debt investment strategies. Broadshore will operate under the umbrella of Milhaus, who recently merged with Sares Regis Group (SRG) Residential in spring 2026, forming a national, vertically integrated multifamily platform.

With the merger and acquisition finalized, Milhaus will expand opportunities for institutional investors interested in coast-to-coast, full-service multifamily development, property and investment management. The investment firm’s client base includes large pension funds, insurance companies, and international institutional investors.

The combined platform enables Milhaus to pursue debt and equity investments on behalf of capital partners by leveraging its vertically integrated expertise and market knowledge. Investors benefit from a national firm with the capabilities to identify compelling investment opportunities through boots-on-the-ground market presence, execute business plans with integrated construction and development capabilities, drive premium asset performance as a property manager with more than 50,000 units under management, and effectively manage and administer their investments. By combining Broadshore’s institutional capital relationships and investment expertise with the Milhaus vertically integrated platform, the company is positioned to accelerate growth, expand its acquisitions pipeline, and compete more effectively for complex opportunities.

"This is a meaningful step forward in our strategy to scale the platform and expand our capabilities," said Tadd Miller, Chief Executive Officer, Milhaus. "Broadshore brings deep institutional relationships and a proven investment track record that complements our vertically integrated model. Together, we are better positioned to grow our acquisitions and lending platforms, access new opportunities, and deliver stronger outcomes for our investors."

"Milhaus offers the scale, operational expertise, and fully integrated platform we were looking for in a partner," said Brad Howe, Chief Investment Officer, Milhaus. "We have built a strong foundation with more than 35 years of experience managing investor capital, and this combination enables us to accelerate growth, expand our reach, and better serve our institutional investors with a more comprehensive set of capabilities."

With the acquisition now closed, Howe, who spent 20 years leading Broadshore and its predecessor entity as Co-Managing Director, Co-CEO and CEO and oversaw more than $7.5 billion invested across approximately 200 transactions, joins Milhaus as Chief Investment Officer and a shareholder, alongside principals Russell Munn and James Pomeranz. The combined Milhaus platform now operates corporate offices in Indianapolis; Newport Beach, California; Los Angeles; New York; Orlando, Florida; and Phoenix, Arizona. The transaction positions the combined platform to pursue equity and debt investments with greater speed and flexibility and to accelerate Milhaus’ growth trajectory by five to ten years.

Jones Lang LaSalle Securities, LLC acted as Milhaus' exclusive financial advisor on the Broadshore Capital Partners acquisition.
