POOLER, GA - Tynes Development broke ground on its new $30-million luxury apartment complex, The Station at Savannah Quarters. The four-story elevator building, whose anticipated opening is spring 2019, will feature one, two, and three-bedroom units, as well as two-level carriage houses with optional street or garage parking.
The upscale residence will complement the beautiful homes that Savannah Quarters residents already enjoy. Each apartment will have a sunroom or balcony, and quality details such as granite countertops, kitchen islands, and stainless-steel appliances. The complex itself will offer a resort-style pool, fitness center, and game room as well as outdoor walking trails and pet park.
The luxury apartments will share the convenience that attracts so many to Savannah Quarters-easy access to downtown Savannah as well as elegant shopping at The Village at Savannah Quarters. The Station at Savannah Quarters, which will be only walking distance from a Publix and other shops, will include the added conveniences of an Amazon packaging center and a car wash.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, project developer Tynes Development joined Hathaway Construction, architects Pucciano & English, Inc., and LStar Ventures. "We're pleased to bring together these talented partners to create a gorgeous complex that expands the living options offered at Savannah Quarters," said Gerrit Albert, Division President - Coastal South for LStar Ventures.
