The broker on the transaction was Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), Steve Witten and Victor Nolletti. TGM purchased Waterford Commons in 2008. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
TGM Waterford Commons is located in Manchester, CT and has 303 apartments offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment and townhomes feature balconies or patios, spacious kitchens, full-size washers and dryers, roomy closets, and in some floor plans, gas-burning fireplaces.
