ISELIN, NJ - Home Properties, Inc. announced its New Jersey area apartment communities have received multiple awards for industry excellence during the 19th Annual Garden State Awards, as presented by the New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA). Home Properties owns and operates 13 NJAA-member communities totaling over 3,500 units in the New Jersey area.
Four Home Properties apartment communities were recognized in the category "Excellence in Curb Appeal": Barrington Gardens, Chatham Hill Apartments, Wayne Village, and Windsor Realty Company. Three of Home Properties' NJ property managers were honored for excellence and service to their communities. Individual Home Properties' employees were also award recipients in the categories of "Corporate Support," "Resident Maintenance Manager," and "Maintenance Technician."
