Scully Company Begins Leasing at The Glades at Hamilton Greene in New Jersey

JENKINTOWN, PA - Scully Company, a Pennsylvania based multi-family real estate company, has commenced leasing for their newest residential community, The Glades at Hamilton Greene, in Mays Landing, New Jersey.

Comprised of 220 apartments, The Glades at Hamilton Greene is an extension of the existing Hamilton Greene apartment community developed in the mid-1980s. This expansion brings an entirely new product and prestige to the Mays Landing apartment market.

The decision to continue development is a result of the retail and office growth in the area. Michael Scully, Co-Chairman of Scully Company, states, “We have been pleasantly surprised by the retail and office growth that we have witnessed along the Black Horse Pike corridor. Since the inception of Hamilton Greene, the area demographics have changed, reflecting less occupancy dependence on the Atlantic City Casino Industry and more on those working in the aforementioned “local” stores and offices along with the FAA and Atlantic City Airport.”

More than 80% of apartments at The Glades at Hamilton Greene have attached garages with direct access to the homes, a key differentiator in this market. Built to satisfy today’s renters’ desire for comfortable living in a visually stunning setting, one- and two-bedroom homes transform apartment living through contemporary style, open layouts, stainless steel appliances, and distinctive kitchen designs. The Glades at Hamilton Greene offers one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments with or without den and garage and two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments with or without den and garage. Apartments are large in size and range from 974 to 1,437 square feet.

Community amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, resort-style outdoor swimming pool, large clubhouse, playground, tennis courts, and multi-use sports court.   

Leasing is now available online or at the apartment community. First move-ins will be available in early Spring 2020.
