AUSTIN, TX - JCI Senior Housing, an affiliate of the Journeyman Group, has announced plans to start construction for, Techridge Oaks, an assisted living and memory care community. Plans for Techridge Oaks include 66 assisted living apartments, and 20 private and companion memory care units.
The community will be located at 400 East Yager Lane. Techridge Oaks amenities will include, theater, therapy gym, beautifully landscaped courtyards and many more industry leading amenities. JCI Senior Housing, LLC recently developed Legacy Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care in Southwest Austin. JCI Senior housing has teamed up with Civitas Senior Living, LLC to develop and manage the property.
Civitas Senior Living, LLC will be the management company for Techridge Oaks, under the direction of Wayne and Misti Powell. Together this management team has more than 30 years of experience operating senior living communities in Texas. At Techridge Oaks, the goal is to create the opportunity for seniors to enjoy life in a comfortable and relaxing environment, customized just for them.

In addition to Techridge Oaks, Civitas Senior Living operates Ledgestone Senior Living in Dripping Springs and Legacy Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care in South Austin.
