DENVER, CO - Griffis Residential, a Denver-based multifamily investment and management firm, announced that it has acquired Chez Moi Apartments, a 384-unit Class-A multifamily community located in the north central area of Austin, Texas. With the Chez Moi acquisition, Griffis Residential owns and manages approximately 7,400 apartment units in Colorado, Texas, Nevada and Washington.

Effective immediately, Chez Moi Apartments has been renamed Griffis at the Domain.
