BORDENTOWN, NJ - Rivergate Bordentown, Sterling Properties’ premier transit-oriented community located on the Delaware River waterfront in historic Bordentown NJ, has announced the grand opening dates for this premier lifestyle rental community will be on May 1, 2 and 3 from 10am to 5pm daily. Refreshments and tours of the clubhouse and models will be available.
Rivergate Bordentown features 159 rental residences with one-bedroom apartments from $1,400 per month and two-bedroom apartments from $1,600 per month. The community is currently pre-leasing Building 3, which offers 36 residences that are located in the center of the community, adjoining the clubhouse. Rivergate Bordentown is expected to announce the grand opening of Buildings 4 and 1 in the coming weeks.
With nine floor plans to choose from and up to 1,342 sq. ft. of living space, homes feature open layouts, nine-foot ceilings, designer espresso kitchen cabinetry with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, secured building entrances and elevator access. “We have received phenomenal feedback from both visitors and residents regarding the quality of the community finishes offered at Rivergate,” said Brooks. “Everyone is eager to become part of this premier lifestyle experience.”
