MALVERN, PA - Home Properties, Inc. announced the groundbreaking of its newest apartment community, The Courts at Spring Mill Station, located in Whitemarsh Township, Conshohocken, Pa. The groundbreaking was celebrated yesterday in ceremonies held onsite at The Courts at Spring Mill Station.
The Courts at Spring Mill Station is designed as an upscale community of 385 apartment homes within the Colonial School District. Architecturally, The Courts at Spring Mill Station's two buildings will reflect the area's rich industrial history, melding that history with every modern convenience of a new apartment community. The Courts at Spring Mill Station will offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom open floor plans, available for rent in early 2014. Developed by the U.S. Green Building Council, LEED is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high-performance green buildings. The Courts at Spring Mill Station will include environmentally-friendly features like Energy Star appliances, energy-efficient HVAC systems and windows, lower flow toilets and faucets, and use of recycled and regional materials.
