Robert S. Griswold, CRE, CPM, RPA, CCIM, PCAM, CCAM, GRI, ARM is President and Owner of Griswold Real Estate Management, a San Diego and Las Vegas-based AMO with a management portfolio of over 2,500 residential units, plus numerous commercial and retail properties. He has actively managed over 60,000 residential units nationally in the past 40 years. Mr. Griswold has been actively involved in property management since 1979. Before forming Griswold Real Estate Management and its immediate predecessor, Jacobson & Griswold, he was the division vice president and corporate broker for VMS Realty Partners with direct responsibility for the management of nearly 8,000 residential units throughout the western states.
