The pet-friendly property offers  1- , 2- and 3-bedroom units featuring high ceilings, hardwood-style floors, patio or balcony, large closets and washer and dryer connections.  Community features include a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, fitness center, media room, gated entrance and a 24-hour on-call service team. 

The 10-year term, 30-year amortization loan was arranged for borrower SPI Oaks 254, LLC.
