Sunrise Management Grows Executive Team With Addition of Shane Robinson as Regional Vice President

SAN DIEGO, CA - San Diego-based Sunrise Management, which has specialized in managing multifamily properties since 1978, has added Shane Robinson as its newest regional vice president. Robinson will work from Sunrise’s Los Angeles office and takes charge of overseeing all property management functions for the firm’s rapidly growing Los Angeles County portfolio.

“Shane’s solid expertise and understanding of financial and operational processes coupled with his long-term career in Los Angeles is exactly what we need to continue and successfully expand our Southern California presence,” said Joe Greenblatt, president and CEO of Sunrise Management.

An accomplished property management professional, Robinson has nearly 20 years of experience overseeing multi-family properties. Previously a regional manager for GHP Management, Robinson directed day-to-day operations while maximizing occupancy rates and profit for nine communities comprised of 3,930 units. Prior to that he was the business manager for Alliance Residential, where he oversaw such properties as the 198-unit Hollywood Tower and the 126-unit Madera Vista.

He holds an accredited apartment manager (ARM) certificate from the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a certified apartment manager (CAM) from the North Valley Property Owners Association (NVPOA).
