Wildhorn Capital Completes Acquisition of 284-Unit Apartment Community in Austin, Texas

AUSTIN, TX – Wildhorn Capital, LLC, a leading multifamily investment firm in Central Texas markets, has successfully completed the acquisition of The Reserve at Walnut Creek. Located in fast growing North East Austin, The Reserve is a 284-unit asset built in 2002.

Both assets, located north of I-410, are within a fast growing pocket characterized by strong upward trends in employment, dining and retail.
