DENVER, CO – Legacy Partners Residential received the coveted Grand Tributes Award for Best Management Company at the Apartment Association Metro Denver 2011 Tributes Awards on November 11, 2011. Celebrating excellence in the multi-housing industry every three years, the black tie affair was held at the Sheraton Downtown Denver Hotel with more than 1,100 apartment industry professionals in attendance. Legacy Partners Residential was honored as Grand Champion from a total of 10 respected management company nominees. Striving to deliver the highest value for its clients and residents in the multi-housing management industry, Legacy Partners Residential has received the honor three out of the four times it’s been awarded.
Vice President Pat Hutchison was also honored as Most Outstanding Executive with more than 3,500 units. Hutchison recently celebrated her 19th year with Legacy Partners. “To be acknowledged by your peers as the very best is the most important recognition one can receive,” said Dean Henry, President of Legacy Partners.
Several property and individual awards were received by Legacy winners including Palomino Park Resort for Most Outstanding Community Built in the 1990’s and Most Outstanding Curb Appeal. Lannon Quintana was awarded Most Outstanding Maintenance Supervisor in the 300+ unit category for his performance and contributions at Palomino Park Resort.
