DALLAS, TX - Alliance Residential Company is pleased to announce the commencement of construction on Avant, a Broadstone Community. Avant is a 301-unit Class A luxury apartment community in Dallas. Alliance broke ground on the project on September 21. Initial leasing efforts will begin 2nd quarter of 2012, with completion slated for the second quarter of 2013.
The 5.14-acre site is situated within Dallas’s nationally recognized Design District, which has served as a premier destination for design professionals since 1954. Recently, the area began a mixed-use renovation — Alliance believes the development of Avant is an ideal opportunity to capitalize on and participate in the transformation of the Design District to a true live/work/play community.

Residents will also benefit from living adjacent to the Trinity Stand Trail, a 9.6-mile hiking and biking path. This trail is part of the Trinity River Project, a $1.2 billion plan to turn the Trinity River basin into the largest urban park in the nation.
