SEATTLE, WA - Alliance Residential Company announces the commencement of construction on Broadstone Koi, a 166-unit, LEED-certified residential project in Seattle’s eclectic Ballard neighborhood. The project broke ground on Sept. 21, and completion is slated for the first quarter of 2013.
