DALLAS, TX - KWA Construction, a leading general contractor specializing in multifamily developments in Texas, has broken ground on Club Inspiration, an 11,404-square foot luxury amenities center for residents of the nearly 600-acre Inspiration development in Wylie, Texas. Developer Huffines Communities selected KWA Construction along with Architect Marsh & Associates, Inc. to construct the $3.8-million project that will add multiple pools and a lazy river to the master-planned community on Lake Lavon.

Club Inspiration will offer a top-notch workout facility that sits in the project’s 2-story clubhouse flanked by resort-style pools with private cabanas overlooking the glistening Lake Lavon, one of the largest recreational lakes in North Texas. Additional amenities include a lazy river, sand volleyball court, playground, tennis courts and walking trails. Features such as an outdoor amphitheatre and outdoor pavilion will encourage socializing and entertaining among residents.
The award-winning Inspiration development contains 1,400 single-family homes, an on-site elementary school and an abundance of green spaces surrounded by multiple trails and scenic views. Located at 1715 Inspiration Blvd., it sits in close proximity to major roadways, such as U.S. Highway 75, giving residents quick-and-easy access to unlimited dining, shopping and entertainment venues in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
Construction on Club Inspiration is expected to be complete by October 2018.
