SAN DIEGO, CA - RedHill Realty is pleased to announce that multifamily veteran, Wade Mains, has joined RedHill as Managing Director of its Acquisitions Group. Wade formerly held senior acquisition and development roles with Fairfield Residential, ConAm Management, and Wermers Development in San Diego, California.
The RedHill acquisitions team will be targeting existing multifamily projects in key markets throughout the Western U.S, and in Southern California. RedHill has traditionally acquired value-add apartment communities greater than 100 units in size and repositioned them by completing extensive capital improvements. RedHill currently has a significant portfolio alongside its institutional partners and intends to aggressively expand its portfolio by taking advantage of current pricing opportunities and improving apartment fundamentals.
RedHill is pleased to announce that is also has the capability to acquire distressed or special situation opportunities, which will include note purchases, broken condominium projects, and asset portfolios.
