First Coast Apartment Association Announces 2018 Board of Directors at Annual Installation Meeting

JACKSONVILLE, FL - The First Coast Apartment Association (FCAA) has installed its board of directors for 2018. The board was sworn in at the annual installation meeting.

The Executive Committee is Shannon Gregory, President, WRH Realty Services; April Hudson, President-Elect, Milestone Management; Ken Furtaw, Treasurer; WRH Realty Services; Katie Wrenn, Immediate Past President; WRH Realty Services and Melissa Lohmeyer, Associate Vice President, Apartments.com.

Community Directors are Brian Cron, American Management Group; Brian Davies, WRH Realty Services; Beth Lakin, Terraces at Town Center; Jody Mayor, Fort Family Investments; Michelle Murphy, MAA; Sharon Steffen, Mission Springs and Brenda Sherrill, 5 Thousand Town.

Associate Directors are Holly Fox, ET&T Distributors, Inc.; Rick Biermann, Redi Carpet; Jason Frotten, HD Supply; Dustin Hawley, RentPath; Jeff Jackson, Sherwin-Williams; Terri Jeffries Cutting Edge Carpet and Grace McCord, J+J Flooring.

Kris Millerschone of Lakeside Apartments is the Maintenance Liaison.
