Asset Campus Housing Awarded Management of Austin Student Housing Communities Totaling 2,286 Beds

HOUSTON, TX - Asset Campus Housing has been awarded management of Ballpark Apartments, which consists of several Central Austin student communities, including Ballpark East, Ballpark South and Ballpark West. These communities serve students attending The University of Texas at Austin, St. Edwards University, Austin Community College, Concordia University and Huston-Tillotson University.

Ballpark East features 810 beds and 270 units available in one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include bocce ball, tennis and volleyball courts, pool and hot tub, 24-hour fitness facility and business center, as well as on-site yoga and Crossfit classes. Meanwhile, 792-bed Ballpark West offers one, two- and four-bedroom apartment homes with property amenities such as a study center, pool with hot tub, outdoor fireplace seating area, basketball and tennis courts, gaming areas, covered parking and a brand-new fitness center. 

Ballpark South is the third Ballpark property to join the Asset Campus family. It offers spacious one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom options. Amenities include a swimming pool and hot tub, basketball and volleyball courts, barbecue grills and picnic area, business center, fitness center with cardio machines and free weights and a cafe area. The Ballpark South adds 684 beds and 240 units to the Asset Campus Housing’s portfolio of managed properties.
