LeCesse Begins Construction on New Class-A Apartment Community in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA – LeCesse Development Corp., a nationally recognized multifamily developer based in Altamonte Springs, Florida is proud to announce the commencement of Skye 750, a 248 unit best in class apartment community located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

Skye 750 will be a five story wood frame building over two levels of podium on roughly 5.2 acres located in the heart of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The building will contain a resort-style clubhouse complete with a state of the art fitness center, cyber café, private movie theater, juice bar, package concierge and resident lounge. The design of the building provides for an elevated interior courtyard, which will feature an expansive pool, upscale poolside cabanas and an outdoor kitchen/dining area.

The 248 units, with an average size of 951 square feet, will be a combination of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with optional den and half-bath. Skye 750 will be the market leader in providing a high-end quality of life experience, distinguished by its attention to detail and top-of-the-line finishes throughout the property.

The site is situated just off of PA Route 422 in the center of the King of Prussia Business Park and enjoys unparalleled access to employment, retail, leisure, and the entire Philadelphia MSA.

5G Studio Collaborative out of Dallas, TX is the architect for Skye 750, and LECESSE Construction Services is the general contractor. Financing for the property was provided by Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania and Parse Capital and brokered by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.

Residences will be available beginning in the summer of 2019.
