Avenue5 exceeded the benchmarks in all areas surveyed.
In both surveys, Avenue5 associates expressed appreciation for the company’s 401(k) matching program, paid time off for birthdays and volunteer days, team-centered environment, work-life balance orientation, associate recognition programs, access to the executive team, unique corporate culture, and welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for female and minority associates in particular.
