Dougherty Funding Arranges $54.1 Million Loan for Market Street Redevelopment in Edina, Minnesota

EDINA, MN - The Minneapolis office of Dougherty Funding LLC has arranged $54,100,000 in construction financing for the Market Street redevelopment in the 50th and France neighborhood of Edina, Minnesota. 

The joint venture between Buhl Investors and Saturday Properties will develop 100 units of condominium quality luxury rental apartments, approximately 33,000 square feet of street level retail, 271 stalls of underground parking, and a community plaza. 

Dougherty Funding served as placement agent for the loan.
