Kiser Group Closes $3.625 Million Multifamily Deal in Chicago’s Buena Park Neighborhood

CHICAGO, IL - Kiser Group, Chicago’s leading mid-market multifamily brokerage firm, recently brokered a $3,625,000 deal in the Buena Park neighborhood of Chicago. Kiser Group’s Principal and Managing Broker Lee Kiser and Broker Associate Rick Ofman brokered the 41-unit deal. A prominent local landlord purchased the 4070 N. Kenmore asset from 4070 Kenmore Corporation.

The property, located at 4070. N Kenmore, is a vintage, micro-unit asset. The property was originally built as a hotel in the 1920s and has been owned for more than 30 years by the seller.  All 41 units feature studio floor plans. The property is well situated in Buena Park and is three blocks from Wrigley Field.

“There continues to be strong interest from investors in true value-add opportunities in Uptown, despite the expected delivery of thousands of units throughout the city,” said Rick Ofman, Broker Associate at Kiser Group.
