LEWISVILLE, TX - Construction has begun on Phase V of Hebron 121 Station, a $300 million resort-style community in Lewisville, Texas. KWA Construction, a leading general contractor specializing in multifamily developments in Texas, was selected by developer Huffines Communities to build Phases III and IV prior to breaking ground on Phase V.
The latest $35.5 million phase incorporates the Big House® concept created by nationally-renowned multifamily architect Humphreys & Partners Architects, L.P. The cutting-edge design introduces a modern solution to multifamily housing by integrating private parking garages into the building to provide tenants with direct access to their units. Additionally, the Big House design offers enclosed private stairs for upper units, walkout patios and balconies, and boasts 100 percent efficiency.

Phase V of Hebron 121 Station will span 301,931-square feet and consist of 35 three-story, wood-framed buildings — 22 townhomes and 13 garden apartments — that will hold 272 multifamily units. Additional amenities will include a swimming pool and spacious dog park.
Upon completion of the fifth and final phase in September 2019, the luxurious development will span more than 90 acres that includes 1,700 units, a restaurant and state-of-the-art fitness center. Hebron 121 Station is located at 880 Union Station Parkway, just across Interstate 35E from Vista Ridge Mall and north of Sam Rayburn Tollway.
