Greystone Receives Several Honors from Fannie Mae for Its Affordable Housing Lending Activity

NEW YORK, NY - Greystone, a real estate lending, investment and advisory company, today announced it received several honors from Fannie Mae for its lending activity in the affordable housing sector.

At the annual Multifamily Affordable Housing (MAH) meeting in Chicago, Illinois on November 13, Greystone was bestowed with the highest number of recognitions to Fannie Mae’s Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS®) lenders, including:

Induction into Fannie Mae’s MAH “Hall of Fame” for ranking number five in overall production over the last four years;

Tied for the highest number of delegated Multifamily Affordable Housing loans in 2016-2017; and

Third-highest-volume in Multifamily Affordable Housing loans for 2016.
