LandSouth Construction Begins Work on Integra Sunrise Apartment Community in Kissimmee, Florida

KISSIMMEE, FL – LandSouth Construction, an award-winning Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior housing and mixed-use development, has begun construction on Integra Sunrise, a $30 million apartment community in Kissimmee, Fla.

Integra Sunrise is being developed by Integra Land Company of Lake Mary, Fla. The 403,688-square foot community is situated on 11 acres and being designed by Charlan Brock and Associates of Maitland, Fla.

Integra Sunrise will evoke sophistication as an elite, gated community comprising of 300 garden style apartment homes in eight buildings with elevators and screened balconies.

Future residents can choose between one, two, and three-bedroom apartments in many different floor plans ranging from 831 to 1,407 square feet featuring quality finishes, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and outstanding amenities.

Amenities will include an attractive clubhouse equipped with a resort-inspired pool, fitness center, business center, as well as a dog park and playground, bocce ball court, and grills.

Integra Sunrise is conveniently located at 4701 Luminous Loop on Sunrise City Drive at the Osceola Parkway.

Completion is scheduled for April of 2019.

Panther Residential Management is a Boston-based private equity real estate firm engaged in the acquisition, development, and management of multifamily communities throughout the Southeast has been selected to lease and manage Integra Sunrise.
