Significant renovations to the Clubhouse are currently underway and will include upgrades to the Pro Shop and the 10th Hole Bar and Grille, which offers casual dining and a diverse menu. UC Funds recently retained the highly-respected property management company, Pinnacle, who took over operations at ONE CLUB on November 1. Renovations are expected to reach completion by the end of 2017.
