Pointe San Marcos Student Housing Community Opens Its Doors to Students Attending Texas State University

SAN MARCOS, TX - Asset Campus Housing is serving as manager of the new Pointe San Marcos student housing community, which opened its doors in in mid-November to students attending Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.

The 344-bed Pointe San Marcos offers residents a great location in the heart of San Marcos. Residents can choose among 109 units in one-, two-, three-, four-, five- and six-bedroom floor plans. Pointe San Marcos also offers loft-style units with some featuring views of downtown San Marcos. Units come equipped with modern finishes, private balconies, wood-style flooring, granite countertops, ceiling fans, gourmet kitchen, Energy Star appliances and washer/dryer. They also feature private flat-screen TVs in every living room and Individually keyed-entry to bedrooms.
