STATELINE, NV - Dougherty Mortgage LLC, a full service national mortgage banking firm, recently closed a $2.4 million Fannie Mae loan for the refinancing of Aspen Grove Apartments, a 39-unit market rate multifamily housing property located in Stateline, Nevada.   

The 7-6 Capped Arm loan has a 30-year amortization schedule and was arranged through Dougherty’s Minneapolis office for borrowers Tahoe Nevada Holdings, LLC & Allen Aspen Grove LLC.
