SAN DIEGO, CA - Colliers International San Diego Region announces the sale of a 10-unit multi-family property located at 161 W. Los Angeles Drive, Vista, CA (92083) for $1,750,000 ($175,000/unit).

Peter Scepanovic and Corey McHenry of Colliers International San Diego Region’s Multi-Family Advisory Group represented the Monterey, CA-based seller Vista International, Inc. and the Del Mar, CA-based Cazador Los Angeles Drive, LLC. 

The property includes 10 detached and attached cottages on a 40,946-square foot parcel. The unit mix is comprised of nine, one-bedroom and one-bathroom and one, two-bedroom and one-bathroom units.
