Stantec Selected for the Interior Design of the New Park-Line Residences in Miami and West Palm Beach

MIAMI, FL - Architecture and design firm Stantec in Miami, has been selected by Lincoln Property Company to design the interiors for the Park-Line residences in Miami and West Palm Beach, Florida. The towers are located next to the new All Aboard Florida Brightline Express Train station in their respective cities. Train service will be available between Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, with future service to Orlando.

“The All Aboard Florida train and the residential towers are monumental in transforming the lives of commuters in South Florida,” said Susan LaFleur, director of hospitality and residential interiors for Stantec’s Miami office. “Our goal is to create a welcoming feeling for residents by implementing rich design and timeless sophistication.”

Stantec is designing the interiors for the West Palm Beach tower and one of the towers in Miami.

The design concept for the Park-Line Miami project is the timeless traveler. Rich leathers inspired by antique luggage and travel bags, warm woods, creamy neutral tones, and deep blues are incorporated to create a sophisticated and inviting environment.

The lobby interior features deep blue ceilings and custom metal tube light fixtures. Open seating areas throughout the main lobby, as well as recessed private seating nooks, create intimate spaces for residents.

In addition to the lobby, Stantec will design Park-Line Miami’s residential units and curate the furniture for the amenity deck, known as “Central Park in the Sky”, designed by EDSA. The deck will include outdoor lounges, a yoga pavilion, dog park, running track, movie screening area, a resort-style pool, communal kitchen, and grilling areas.

The design concept for the interior of the 24-story Park-Line West Palm Beach project will feature tones of rich purple complemented by warmer tones of yellow. To achieve a space that feels luxurious yet comfortable, Stantec’s designers plan to make use of raw and classic materials. The lobby space features a brick wall behind a cascade of bright pendants that create a warm atmosphere.

Custom chandeliers will be used to create a luxurious wall feature encased in stone and wood. A “dripping diamonds” tile wall is also included in the design that gradients from purple to gold and silver tones. Park-Line West Palm Beach will have a game room for residents, a dog park with turf area, and dog spa.

Park-Line Miami, located at NW 1st Avenue, between NW 3rd Street and NW 8th Street, is scheduled for completion in 2019. Park-Line West Palm Beach, located at S. Rosemary Avenue & Evernia Street, is scheduled for completion in September 2018.
