ATLANTA, GA — Haven Campus Communities, an off-campus student housing development company, is proud to announce the sale of Haven West, located next to the University of West Georgia. The project consisting of 568 beds and 160 units, was sold on August 17, 2017 to a private investor.
The 14.5-acre property is comprised of eight residential buildings, one maintenance building and a 5,000-square foot clubhouse overlooking a resort style pool. The property was approximately 100% leased at the time of the sale.
