ATLANTA, GA - The Quadrillion marks its twentieth year in business as a leading company in the multifamily housing industry focused on human capital and talent development. We help companies fine tune their systems and processes that enable people to be more productive and companies to be more profitable. The Quadrillion provides advisory services to companies of all sizes.
The company was founded by Dr. Debbie Phillips, CPM®, in June of 1997. Her mission was to provide outsourcing solutions to organizations whose viability is dependent on top tier human capital for results. We accomplish our goals through an intensive hands-on approach to enhancing the effectiveness of management practices, marketing, learning and development.
Our approach in providing the best outsourcing solutions is to focus on the end result! Clients depend us on for our experience, our know-how and our focused attention. When a client reaches out to us, they do so because they need an objective, third party resource that can handle the project with minimal supervision. Ninety percent of our current business still comes from our original client base! Our clients have been associated with us for over 20 years and that is an overwhelming endorsement of the quality of work that we produce and the type of clients that we align ourselves with as we develop strategic alliances.
In addition to her private consulting, Dr. Phillips is currently serving as President for the Georgia Apartment Industry Education Foundation and is the lead instructor for the organization’s college programs in Residential Property Management. Dr. Phillips has consulted multi-family developers/owners and operators on ways to drive employee engagement and client satisfaction. She has also been instrumental in developing performance models, training platforms and branding campaigns for top tier organizations. Dr. Phillips serves on various boards related to housing and workforce development including career awareness in real estate management.
Comments from Dr. Debbie - Marking a 20 Year Milestone: The one that comes to mind is gratitude. I’m thankful for the legacy leaders that believed in me and provided opportunities to learn, grow, make mistakes, celebrate my victories and share their many gifts with me in the most generous of ways. These legacy leaders include: Henry Hirsch, George Lane, Gerald Blonder, Vic Maslia, Bob Love, Jerry Wilkinson, Rob Johnston, Phil Carlock, Bill Hamilton, and Jerry Warshaw, and Dorothy Long. I often referred to them as the “mighty men of ten plus an angel.” I always say, I’m in the “room” because of their investment in my life at a time when I was most impressionable and eager to excel.
