Capstone Real Estate Services and The Villages at Ben White Wins Affordable Housing Property of the Year

AUSTIN, TX - Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc., and The Villages at Ben White were awarded Affordable Housing 2017 Property of the Year at the annual multi-family rental housing Austin Apartment Association (AAA) Property of the Year awards. 

The Villages at Ben White is a 183-unit Senior, LIHTC community located in Southeast Austin.

Members of the Austin Apartment Association gathered at the Hyatt Regency Downtown hotel June 9 to congratulate the ten winners of the annual multi-family rental housing AAA Property of the Year awards.

All properties considered for a 2017 Property of the Year honor were assessed on three categories: staff and staff designations, physical/visual inspection and a blind shop of the property. Judges for the staff and physical inspection categories were all members of the Austin Apartment Association. The blind shop was performed by an independent entity.
