PONTE VEDRA, FL – Finlay Management, Inc. earns the 2017 Healthiest Companies Award from the First Coast Worksite Wellness Council Board of Governors (FCWWC), a non-profit organization providing wellness programs to companies on the Florida coast.
“We are pleased to be recognized for our commitment to the health and wellbeing of our employees. The FCWWC’s wellness program has allowed us to proactively advance our team’s total health,” said Chris Finlay, CEO of Finlay Management, Inc.
This is the second consecutive year that Finlay Management has earned the Healthiest Companies Award. “Our firm’s long-term goal is to provide our employees with the resources to live longer, healthier lives,” Finlay said.
Finlay Management continues to foster a wellness culture that responds to employee health risks and encourages healthy lifestyles. “Our wellness initiatives include a web-based health program featuring a variety of health-focused challenges, educational opportunities, and nutrition and fitness activities. Participating employees have the opportunity to learn new information, work on their wellness goals and win prizes for participating,” said Alice Viego, Director of Talent Management.
The awards ceremony will take place at the 9th Annual First Coast Worksite Wellness Conference and Healthiest Companies Luncheon on May 10th from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Fla.
FCWWC’s 2017 Healthiest Companies Awards are given to organizations based on wellness program implementation and employee participation. Kathy Hensley, executive vice president, Stacey Hess, corporate controller and Alice Viego, director of talent management, will attend the conference to accept the Silver Level Award on behalf of the firm.
