AUSTIN, TX - Capstone Real Estate Services is honored to announce the hiring of Maggie Lockwood as its Vice President of Operations for the Austin region.
Having been active in the multifamily industry since 1993, Maggie has valuable expertise in all property types including new construction, lease-up, acquisitions, renovations, repositions, and distressed assets. Her experience and competency in the multifamily industry is viewed as a significant highlight in her successful career.
Maggie attended the University of North Texas majoring in Business Marketing. As Capstone’s VP of Operations, Maggie will be responsible for the region’s portfolio of 7,000 units.
