GAINESVILLE, FL - Gainesville apartment property management firm and commercial real estate developer Trimark Properties has revealed the appointment of recent University of Florida graduate Genevieve Howard as its newest Digital Marketing and Advertising Coordinator. Howard’s fresh intake on the Gainesville student housing market along with her business degree from the University’s Heavener School of Business makes her an ideal candidate to market the thriving real estate company’s selection of apartments near UF.
“We are delighted to welcome Genevieve Howard as our new Digital Marketing Coordinator,” said Aubrey Morey, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Trimark Properties. “We are eager to watch our team members develop alongside us as we grow in the Gainesville community.”
The Heavener School of Business alumna joins an accomplished real estate firm which is seasoned in the rapidly-growing college town’s student housing market. With over 32 multifamily properties, including luxury apartments near UF, fully-renovated historic homes, and 2 luxury dorms for UF students, Trimark Properties has distinguished itself from its competitors through its dedication to quality and convenient property locations within walking distance of the University of Florida campus. In addition to its multifamily properties, Trimark offers state-of-the-art lab, office, and retail commercial space in Gainesville.
Howard was a marketing and communications intern at Trimark Properties for her last two semesters at the University of Florida. As a digital marketing and advertising coordinator, Howard will take on additional responsibilities by developing and executing strategic marketing procedures in order to cultivate the company’s public relations operations for both its multifamily and commercial divisions.
“Not only does Trimark care about the quality of their products, but they truly go the extra mile to ensure their residents receive a superior student housing experience. I am proud to begin my employment at a company which puts an emphasis on excellence and resident satisfaction.”
After a busy college career, involved both on campus in several student organizations and off-campus in the Gainesville community, Howard graduated in December 2016 with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in English. She began her employment in early January.
