KIG Promotes Laura Ballou as Senior Associate – Market Analytics and Promotes Daniel A. Gonzalez to Senior Associate – Financial Analytics

CHICAGO – KIG announces the promotions of Laura Ballou and Daniel A. Gonzalez to Senior Associate – Market Analytics and Senior Associate – Financial Analytics, respectively.

Ballou, 32, will support the sales team and lead the growing KIG Analytics team, producing industry-leading research and analysis. She was promoted from Associate to Senior Associate - Market Analytics.

Gonzalez, 26, will support the sales team by valuating assets and providing underwriting analysis for institutional asset sales. He was promoted from Financial Analytics to Senior Associate – Financial Analytics.

Prior to joining KIG, Ballou was the project manager for Chicago-based HA Langer & Associates where she oversaw the rehabilitation of a vintage properties. With more than ten years of industry experience, Ballou held a position as a senior leasing associate at Chicago Apartments & Condo where she maintained a database of landlords, advertised available apartments and located tenants. She also held broker associate positions at MidAmerica Development and Sierra Realty Advisors, both Chicago-based firms. Ballou is a licensed managing broker in Illinois.

Prior to joining KIG, Gonzalez served as a Financial Analyst for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Gonzalez graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in economics and concentrations in both finance and management.
