The newly attained property will be renamed by A | P Companies to: The Atlantic - Mansfield. Atlantic | Pacific Management (A|P Management), the property leasing & management platform under A|P, will handle all property management responsibilities. This achievement also marks the 6th acquisition within The Blue Atlantic Fund I.

A|P Companies will be investing in select common area improvements as well as making significant upgrades to the unit interiors.
