Alliance Announces SoCal Reg VP Promotion

PHOENIX (June 6, 2011) — Alliance Residential recognizes the value of its Associates and embraces the notion that their success as individuals is the backbone to our success as a company. As such, Alliance is pleased to announce the following:

Tonya Decker was recently promoted to Regional Vice President of the Southern California Region, with responsibility for overseeing Alliance's owned and third-party managed assets throughout Los Angeles. In her new role, Ms. Decker will focus on ensuring ownership objectives are met, and will provide support to the Regional Manager in developing programs that meet or exceed expectations. She will monitor Alliance's on-site policies and practices, assessing whether they are in line with current market trends, laws and real-estate needs, as well as conduct site visits to guarantee the asset and Associates are meeting Alliance's high level of expectations.

Prior to her promotion, Ms. Decker served as an Alliance Regional Manager for Southern California, overseeing multiple assets throughout the Los Angeles, Inland Empire, Orange County and Ventura County markets. She has 17 years of experience in the multifamily industry, including a comprehensive California property management background. Ms. Decker has worked exclusively with Class AAA new developments and has extensive experience with lease-up marketing promotions and absorption analyses.

Over the years, Ms. Decker has received a number of awards, including Alliance's "Presidents Award" and "Regional Manager of the Year" award. She is a CPM candidate, and holds a California real estate license and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
