The multifamily complex sold for 37 million to Hamilton Zanze, a large California-based Real Estate investment firm. The sale of this quality build property took place upon stabilization of the asset.
Rock Creek Commons consists of (36) 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartments, (122) 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartments, (74) 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments, and (8) 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartments.
