Grosvenor Americas has named Eileen Marrinan Director of Research, effective May 2, 2011. Based in Grosvenor Americas' San Francisco, CA headquarters, Ms. Marrinan will help develop Grosvenor Americas' policies and strategies by studying and reporting on the U.S. and Canadian economies and property markets.
Ms. Marrinan has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment strategy and research, working primarily with institutional investors. Since 2008, she has provided real estate consulting services for a range of clients including The RREEF Funds, Vulcan Real Estate, Glenborough, LLC and Granite Peak Partners, as well as Grosvenor Americas. She previously served as a Vice President and Development Manager for Lennar Corporation's Urban Division and as a Senior Vice President for ING Clarion Partners and for GIC Real Estate, Inc., all in San Francisco.
Ms. Marrinan holds M.B.A. and M.C.P. degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a Counselor of Real Estate and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
