CA Apt Assn Appoints San Diego Chairwoman

Sacramento, CA – The California Apartment Association (CAA) announced today that Deanna O'Brien, regional vice president with ConAm Management Corporation of San Diego, has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors of CAA's San Diego Division (CAA San Diego).

O'Brien has been in property management for more than 17 years and is currently responsible for ConAm's portfolio of 7,140 units in Southern California, including the operation of eight properties totaling 2,132 units in San Diego. Prior to joining ConAm Management, Ms. O'Brien was employed as a Senior Property Manager with Oakwood Worldwide charged with the supervision of a 1,222 unit property in Phoenix, Arizona.

CAA San Diego is a non-profit trade association serving the rental housing industry in San Diego County. Its mission is to represent the ethical members of the rental housing industry in all aspects of government affairs and to provide information, products and services which contribute to the success of its members' businesses. CAA San Diego is one of 16 local divisions or chapter affiliates of the California Apartment Association, the nation's largest statewide trade association for people who own or manage rental property in California.
