ASM Hires Bob Faitz as Vice-President

Ancillary Services Management,LLC (ASM), a leading provider in the field of managing and negotiating ancillary services for the multi-family housing industry, today announced the hiring of Bob Faitz as its Vice-President.

As Vice President, Bob will be a critical component to the growth and success of ASM. He will begin working at ASM on March 15, 2011. "The addition of Robert Faitz is a reflection of ASM's commitment to better provide services to existing clients while strategically positioning the company to become more successful by expanding its business base in the future," said Andrew Smith, President. "Additionally, Bob will bring a fresh outlook to the company and will seek out new strategies to achieve some of the key initiatives that have been set forth by ASM".

Bob has over 30 years of professional experience in negotiating and managing ancillary services for nationally recognized multi-family portfolios. Before joining ASM, Robert served as the Vice President and Director of Ancillary Services for AMLI Management. He also held the positions of Assistant V.P. and Director of National Purchasing for Equity Residential and Vice President and National Purchasing Director for JMB Property Management. Mr. Faitz has experience with various facets of ancillary income which include national and regional contract negotiation, development and management of cable and telecom, laundry, vending, renters insurance, consolidated utility billing, MRO programs and roof top antennas to name a few.
