LOUISVILLE, KY – LDG Development announced today plans to build a new 92-unit apartment complex in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Towne Commons will feature beautiful one, two and three bedroom garden-style homes serving Kentucky families earning no more than 60% of the area's median income. Construction of Towne Commons starts immediately on 5.8 acres of vacant land within Elizabethtown city limits located at 324 Towne Drive; Elizabethtown, KY; 42701. The complex is nestled between Towne Mall and Shaw Creek, just to the east of Veterans Parkway.
