Linda Zeller Begins Term as President of CAA Board of Directors
Sacramento, CA – The California Apartment Association (CAA) announced today that Linda Zeller, a veteran multi-family property management professional with Gerson Bakar & Associates of San Francisco, has been appointed as President of CAA's 2011 Board of Directors. Zeller has previously served on the CAA Board for five years and most recently as a member of the Board's executive committee.
As President of Residential Operations, her company specializes in high quality apartment homes and oversees more than 8,500 apartment units in Orange County, Palo Alto, San Bruno, Daly City, San Francisco, Folsom and Portland Oregon.
Zeller is past president of the South Coast Apartment Association of Orange County and has served as President and on the board of directors of the Housing Industry Foundation (HIF), A San Francisco Bay Area non-profit whose mission it is to help individuals and families either remain in or return to stable housing and to assist with special housing projects or renovations.
