National Apartment Management Firm Peak Living Appoints Debra Spohn as President

PROVO, UT - Peak Living, a national apartment management firm, today announced that Debra Spohn has been appointed as president.

“Ms. Spohn possesses a deep understanding of the multifamily industry and will bring hands-on experience to each community we manage,” said Jamie Dunn, CEO of Peak Living. “We are pleased to have her overseeing Peak’s 8,000 units under management.”

Spohn worked for the past 10 years at Cottonwood Residential where she was responsible for the management of 35,000 apartment units in 23 states. She is a licensed real estate broker and holds the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Peak Living was established in 2013 to manage a $1.5 billion apartment portfolio of Peak Capital Partners, Peak Living’s parent company. Peak Living also has attracted third-party clients in apartment communities across the United States.

Peak Living specializes in managing conventional, mid-rise, student living, affordable housing and senior living communities. The firm offers a host of services that include overall operations of a property, maintenance, rent collection, and renovation services.

Peak Living’s executive team includes Jamie Dunn, a co-founder of Peak Capital, who serves as Peak Living’s CEO, and Kelianne Crapo, senior vice president of property operations. Peak Living currently manages 80 communities (13,000 residences) in 14 states. The company employs 280 people.
